Every production has the same problem eventually: the brief lives in one doc, the shot list in another, the call sheet in someone's inbox, and the one crucial wardrobe note is buried in a WhatsApp thread from three weeks ago. So I built the fix.

Slate is a pre-production and shoot planning tool I built for use at Titan, structured around how a shoot actually moves: brief, concept, storyboard, planning, shot list, shoot day, delivery. Talent, locations, wardrobe, props, crew, music and notes all live in the same place, built against the same shoot timetable, instead of scattered across whatever tool happened to be open when someone thought of it.

It's not a creative output in the usual sense, no campaign, no film, no finished post. It's the thing that makes every other case study on this site actually possible to produce without something falling through the cracks, and I built it myself rather than waiting for someone else to.
