The money shot: an Aer Lingus plane crossing the pitch at the Aer Lingus College Football Classic, timed to fly straight between the posts and over the crossbar like it was taking the kick itself. It's the kind of shot you don't get twice.

It's also a fair summary of six months spent running Aer Lingus's organic social, which meant treating "airline content" as a much bigger brief than route maps and safety videos. A new Nashville route launch became a story told from three different places at once: the cockpit, the galley, and the arrivals hall, so you got the flight crew's version and the passengers' version of the same first landing. A new Cancun route got built as its own little moment of anticipation rather than a straight announcement post. And when Aer Lingus showed up at the St. Patrick's Day parade in New York, the job was capturing an Irish airline actually being Irish in the most Irish city outside Ireland, not just posting a green logo and calling it content.

Different formats, different countries, different reasons to post, same rule underneath all of it: find the real moment already happening in front of you and shoot that, instead of staging something that only looks like one.
